In these months since her death, I think of her so often. I think of her gift of clothes and the recipe she gave me knowing she would never wear them or bake it again. She inspired me with her continued love and bright spirit in the face of the inevitable. Marianne is for me a model of enduring faith, hope and love throughout all of life even towards its end.
